**In this role, you'll**:
This role will see you support the rollout and oversight of remote access to the Driver Vehicle System (DRIVES), ensuring appropriate use and compliance with Transport for NSW policies and regulatory requirements.

You will monitor DRIVES user activity using the newly implemented tool Dynatrace, including detection of anomalies or inappropriate access. You will contribute to assurance activities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement in a high-volume regulatory environment.

This is a fixed-term opportunity until 30th November 2025 and is based at 4 Parramatta Square.

**About you**

Your strong attention to detail, organisational skills and understanding of assurance frameworks—developed through roles in regulatory, operational or government environments—will see you excel in managing DRIVES access processes and identifying assurance risks.

You're recognised for your integrity and discretion when working with sensitive data, skilled at analysing and monitoring insights and experienced in following up anomalies and supporting assurance processes. You bring a proactive approach to risk mitigation and are confident engaging with stakeholders to ensure responsible and policy-aligned access to critical systems.
