**Your Role with Us**:
As a Compliance Coordinator in the Trust and Safety team, you'll focus on strengthening our approach to regulatory compliance and platform integrity. You'll develop and refine reporting models to track and analyse platform activity, ensuring we proactively identify risks and compliance gaps. Your work will support decision-making on policy enforcement and user safety measures. You'll also contribute to our localisation program, ensuring our safety standards are applied consistently across different regions. Collaborating with internal teams, you'll help drive compliance best practices, support audits, and ensure our operations align with evolving legal and industry standards. **What you will do**:
- Develop and maintain trust and safety policies.
- Improve workflows, moderation efficiency, and response times.
- Track incidents, enforcement actions, and prepare compliance reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as harmful content, fraud, and policy violations.
- Ensure platform policies align with laws on safety, data protection, and moderation.
- Manage privacy enquiries, complaints, and data access requests.
- Analyse trends to refine policies and enforcement strategies.
- Undertake reporting of platform activity to implement a data driven approach to safety practices.
- Develop strategies for improving technology assisted safety operations.
**What you will bring**:
- Undergraduate degree in Communications, Law, Criminology, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, compliance, or risk management.
- Ability to use data analysis tools to interpret trends, incidents, and moderation effectiveness.
**Bonus points if you also have**:
- Knowledge of platform policies, content moderation, and relevant online safety and data protection regulations
- Live-streaming knowledge
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
