**Your new role**
As a Collections Officer, you will be the company representative liaising with valued customers who are at all stages of arrears. You will be;
- Completing account maintenance, analysis and investigation prior to collection,
- Following up on complex cases, working towards a solution for the Company and customer,
- Letter drafting and skip tracing where necessary.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position you will have;
- Worked within a collections position previously,
- Knowledge of lending products,
- Excellent attention to detail,
- Great communication skills
- Understand how to effectively manage a busy workload while keeping to a schedule.
