As the Architect-Design Manager, you will be the mastermind behind beautifully crafted learning spaces, where our teachers and children will embark on daily adventures, always feeling safe to learn, explore and create.

Collaborating closely with our New Service Function, you will plan, design and supervise the construction of our Services to produce environments tailored to our Nido practices and encompassing the Nido Way. It's about continuous refinement, staying best-in-class, whilst ensuring building is on time, to budget and built to the Nido design brief and specifications. Attention to detail is your superpower, and your toolkit includes a continuous improvement approach that lets your creativity and imagination flourish and be supported to think differently. You're not just building spaces; you're crafting experiences that help our teachers shape the future of children.
