**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for qualified Personal Care Workers for both our Southern sites based in Old Reynella and Aldinga Beach who will:

- actively promote an environment that will enhance each person’s life experience
- work with other members of the team to create a positive, friendly and happy environment for our residents and each other
- engage with our residents in meaningful ways to help them live every day
- work respectfully with each individual who is in need of support
- work in a safe manner, contributing to our safety culture and positive work environment
- demonstrate reliability and a commitment to Life Care and our values

- A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
