**About the role**:

- **Full-time position - Monday-Friday**:

- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Liaise directly with staff to ensure maintenance tasks & projects undertaken are safe and timely
- Be an approachable and friendly face to the residents as you attend to projects around the community
- Complete adhoc tasks in line with your skills to ensure the community is operating smoothly
- Though mainly looking after Maintenance there is a cross over with some of the gardening requirements at the village

**About you**:

- Experience in General Maintenance, Handy skills and basic gardening skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple requests
