The Beverage Inventory Coordinator role is based in Sydney and works within the group Beverage team for Pacific Concepts & Hunter St. Hospitality.

**About the role**
- Administration and data entry for beverage stock management
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all the moving parts of the business that relate to beverage stock take
- Assist in documenting relevant procedures and processes
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Manage restaurant queries related to stock take and beverage ordering
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as required by the business
- Support venues to ensure accurate stock takes, and enter data for record keeping and reporting purposes
- Project work and local travel maybe required

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will be:

- A driven and energetic professional, who thrives in a challenging and constantly changing environment
- Results orientated with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Proactive and a great communicator
- System savvy and have the ability to manage high-volume administration
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry
- A background in drinks service would be preferred
- Previous experience with H&L or a POS would be beneficial
