**Job Details**
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing Australian team. As a Technical Support Specialist you will identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner. You will excel in this position if you have a drive to research and resolve customer issues to their upmost satisfaction, and continuously develop your depth and knowledge of our product suite. This is a full time position, and you will be working from our office in Adelaide.

**As a Technical Support Specialist, you will**:

- Understand and promptly resolve customer queries or challenges
- Take ownership of diagnosing, researching and analysing issues faced by customers within Zoho products
- Escalate appropriate issues to internal teams
- Continuously develop your understanding of the Zoho suite and its capabilities

**What are the role requirements?**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Experience in a customer facing role*
- Ability to break down products and clearly articulate solutions
- Ability to coordinate with various departments with a focus on delivering results
- Experience in SaaS*
- Willingness to travel
- Permanent Australian residency

*Preferred, but not essential

**Experience Level**: 0-5 years
