Laverton North, Australia FSM (Food Service Machinery) Full time

**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Sales Director this role will oversee all aspects of production — from planning and costing through to equipment maintenance and schedule management. You’ll ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Detailed planning and costing of all production strategies
- End-to-end responsibility for production budgets and timelines
- Purchasing and commissioning of new plant equipment
- Maintenance of all production equipment and assets
- Preparation and presentation of weekly production schedules
- Coordination and communication with key internal stakeholders
- Ensure production is delivered on time and within agreed costings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar manufacturing/production role
- Strong planning, costing, and organisational skills
- Effective communicator, able to work closely with senior management
- Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a growing business
- Ability to travel regularly to the Melbourne site
