**Medical Receptionist Position available**

We are seeking a self-motivated medical receptionist for our well-established Medical Practice at Wolli Creek, requiring strong patient interaction, administrative skills, and using medical software.

Key Requirements
- **Patient Communication**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with patients, Doctors, Allied Health, Insurers, and other company contacts.
- **Administrative Skills**:
Proficiency in tasks like phone management, appointment booking, record-keeping, and billing is expected.
- **Software Proficiency**:
Experience with medical practice management software, Best Practice is highly regarded
- **Teamwork**:
The ability to work collaboratively within a medical or administrative team is an important attribute.

**Casual position.**9 hrs week (x2 4.5hr shifts) with holiday and sick leave relief required. No weekends or public holidays.

**About the Role**:
This role combines admin duties with day-to-day practice coordination. while also supporting the smooth and efficient running of the practice by overseeing the operational, administrative and recruitment of the practice.

The position starts with 1-2 shifts per week, with potential for additional shifts.

Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to cover for other staff members when needed.

Previous experience in a medical reception (minimum 2 years)

Understanding of NSW WorkCover practices

Understanding AGPAL Accreditation processes
