- Responsible investment business which provides advice and insights on important ESG issues, and also manages thematic and impact-driven global investment strategies
- Regnan is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our sustainable investments team in Sydney/Melbourne and play a pivotal role in supporting our sustainable and impact investment management operations.
- In this role, an individual will need to leverage their financial and sustainability data expertise to unlock valuable insights that support investment decisions, drive our sustainability initiatives and support our clients.
- About the role
- Partner with the investment teams to understand data needs and requirements.
- Source, collect, clean, and transform financial and sustainability data from various sources.
- Develop and implement data pipelines for efficient data management and analysis for various business processes including screening
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python or R to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create data visualisations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- About you- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Finance, or a quantitative field.- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL) and data visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI).
