We now have a great opportunity for a Solution Sales Specialist to cover a 6 month maternity leave vacancy.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- providing quotes and sales order processing for products, services and renewals.
- managing and growing the relationships for your assigned customers whilst working with your colleagues and internal teams,
- being able to differentiate the value proposition of your assigned products and services through the ability to add value to your external customers;
- Manage and action requests in alignment with SLAs.
- Provide customers with information and guidance for solutions including cross selling and upselling.
- Communication of freight, currency, payment terms and insurance with customers.

In time, you can expect to become an expert in the specifics of the product, technologies and customer portfolio you are assigned to, as well as having a broad understanding of the product lines and business units within Tech Data.

**Skills and Experience**

You will need to be able to communicate professionally, have excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience on CRM/ ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP is highly advantageous for this role.

You'll need to be to be able to display your proactive customer service skills and be able to work autonomously and manage your time well.
