**The Role**

Great opportunity to join this great team environment in a Business Assurance Officer role, where you will report to the Business Assurance Coordinator. Your duties will include:

- Facilitation of the on-going development, improvement and implementation of enhancements to policies, processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, performance and customer experience.
- Assist in the advancing of the internal business assurance through undertaking the assessment of process conformance, performance management, reliability of management reporting and effectiveness of key controls.
- Maintain the compliance software QPulse and manage the licensing, distribution and maintenance.
- Provide advice and guidance to both staff and supplier organisations concerning all facets of quality management implementation and operation.
- Manage the compliments/complaints management process state-wide.
- Promote better operational practices in preventing complaints through effective communication formats (e.g. newsletter).
- Provide monthly reporting to management and facilitate meetings to provide guidance on complaints management process.
- Conduct complex complaints investigations with clients and members of the public as requested by senior management.
- Facilitate change through the provision of effective, clear and concise communications to clients to ensure that expectations of system alterations and changes to business processes are met.
