**Role description**:
In response to the growing needs of our business and in preparation for exciting opportunities in the market, we are recruiting for a variety of roles within our high performing proposal team with the option of working in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Gold Coast locations. In joining us, you would be working in a centralised proposal team that continues to set the standard in delivering exceptional proposal outcomes for strategic opportunities across a variety of industry markets.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Assist pursuit teams with pre-bid planning and activities that help position Arcadis to win strategic opportunities with key clients and in our focused growth areas
- Manage multiple and highly complex proposals from kick-off and strategy development to production and delivery
- Manage multiple internal stakeholders to drive successful proposal programs and deliver cohesive response documents
- Facilitate workshops to assist in developing win strategies, proposal section responses and reviews
- Develop and write clear and concise non-technical content that is tailored to the client’s requirements and aligned to identified key messages
- Drive and support the internal approval process for proposals
- Deliver compelling proposals that are compliant and articulate Arcadis’ unique value proposition
- Conduct post-proposal evaluations and attend client debriefs to obtain insights for improving the quality of Arcadis’ proposals and internal processes
- Develop, maintain and improve company sales material including proposal documents and templates, presentations, capability statements, project case studies and key people profiles in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Strive for continuous improvement of the proposal process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
First and foremost, you share our passion for winning work, improving the quality of life and know that our people are what gets us there. You pride yourself on your stakeholder management skills; being able to foster positive working relationships and you listen so that you really get to know what our business is about. You will come to us with a proven track record in proposal/bid management, working within a management consulting firm and are familiar with major infrastructure projects. You will also demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, effective stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and negotiate outcomes when needed.

With exceptional attention to detail, you will have proven ability to lead a proposal program, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are comfortable in building strong relationships and influencing positive outcomes. Furthermore, an advanced experience in Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential.
