About the Role:*

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Project Co-ordinator to join our Maintenance team. Key duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Support the project team to deliver the Club’s masterplan strategy and the realisation of business cases that support performance improvements across the club.
- Lead day-to-day facilities, project operations, and be the onsite point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Manage planned preventative maintenance schedules.
- Report all maintenance needs to the facilities and maintenance team.
- Ensure reactive repairs and all facilities related requests are actioned and best practices are observed.
- Assist with the formulation and implementation of health and safety policies, practices, and procedures in accordance with Work Health and Safety regulations.
- Maintain effective co-ordination of all communication between all operational departments on a day-to-day basis.

About you:*
- 3-5 years of experience in project, engineering, facilities procurement and construction management
- Proven capabilities in coordinating and supervising contractors, clarifying instructions and priorities to stakeholders.
- Previous experience in delivering strategic projects in hospitality (desirable)
- Strong customer service focus and exceptional administration skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills,
- Committed and practical approach to safety and wellbeing of all staff,
- Ability to engage and communicate clearly with team and liaise with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and Building Management System
