**Trainer and Assessor Ageing Support**

Part-time, Contract, Fixed term

Shift and schedule: Weekend availability, Shift work

Global Healthcare Management College is a Registered Training Organisation based in Broadmeadows. Currently, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our dynamic team to deliver and assess the following courses:

- CHC52021 - Diploma of Community Services
- CPC31020 - Certificate III in Solid Plastering (Proposed)
- CPC31320 - Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (Proposed)
- CPC40120 - Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Proposed)

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Delivering engaging and interactive face to face training according to training plans
- Monitor & support student progress by ensuring comprehensive training planning, professional delivery & required assessment of all registered students
- Offer constructive feedback and support to students to aid their learning and professional growth
- Conducting practical skills sessions
- Maintain accurate and thorough student records and assessment documentation
- Assist with industry validation of the program
- Possess time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work with timetables
- Work with management and other staff to develop strategies to improve the quality of training and assessment

**Necessary qualifications**:

- Hold the relevant vocational qualification to teach (or equivalent or higher)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) including LLN units
- Relevant/current industry experience
