Student Engagement Coordinator

**About the role**
The Student Engagement Coordinator's primary responsibility is to manage the student journey from the point of enquiry, through to pre-enrolment, enrolment, training delivery, and completion and follow-up. This includes providing quality customer service and ensuring that all data and records are managed accurately and efficiently.
The Student Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in both supporting the RTO Manager in the day to day running of the business and representing Brite when interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role assists the wider Brite team in growing the business and providing the necessary rigour in all compliance related matters.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the end to end student journey
- Providing effective customer service to all new, existing and former students
- Undertaking the pre-enrolment interview and consultation process
- Maintaining compliant electronic student records
- Entering accurate and timely data recording and retrieval using Student Management System (VETtrak)
- Preparing relevant paperwork, resources, housekeeping and classroom preparation for training delivery
- Preparing and distributing relevant progress reports to trainers/assessors and students
- Preparing monthly AVETMISS data and reporting to Victorian Department of Education and Training
- Collating relevant documentation and assisting in both internal and external audit activities
**Additional Requirements**
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Consent to undergo a National Criminal History Check and Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme Check
- Provide verified copies of relevant Qualifications
**Qualifications**
- Extensive administration related experience in an RTO environment
- Relevant vocational qualifications in an administrative, related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to match to different customer groups
- Experience in the use of SVTS for AVETMISS uploads
- Proficient use of Microsoft® Office suite programs
- Excellent administration, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
