Normally, your average National Payroll Manager job ad will send you to sleep with the same old schpiel of duties and responsibilities, plus throw in a few cliches about 'career progression, 'year on year growth' and say things like a 'great name on your CV'.

Well, I'm not looking for your average National Payroll Manager.

We all know what's expected of a National Payroll Manager, but in this role, it's what's not expected that you should be excited about.

**About you**: You've managed a team of 4+ staff, you've run a payroll of 3k+ employees, and you do that bit really well... but you're bored. You miss the cut & thrust of a business that takes an opportunity by the horns when it sees one, and runs with it. You love the feeling of staring down a challenge head-on and winning... you always go warm & fuzzy when you walk into the office and see your team... because they love you and you love them You hate dull days, you LOVE to have fun, you love what you do and you want to build the best practice Payroll department in Sydney.

**About the opportunity**: Stepping into the tail end of a system implementation has you licking your lips at the prospect of how many processes you can improve with one the HOTTEST new tier-one integrated payroll systems in the world. You're ready to build the best Payroll reporting suit possible, and the idea of keeping your team happy & motivated has you skipping to work in the morning (but only twice a week, the rest you can skip from your bedroom to your home office). Plus you're thinking of ways to spend your hard-earned salary (**of up to $165k + super**), hopefully on crazy things that make you smile, laugh, and have fun in your life.
