**What you do**:
We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic PR Specialist with a willingness to learn how to hone their skills to support iSelect's digital PR and SEO efforts. Part of the Brand and Customer team, you'll work with our PR Manager to build brand awareness and enhance iSelect's reputation through strategic PR activities, focussing on digital channels.

With on-the-job training, you'll be supported as you learn from our SEO and Content teams to refine your craft in the digital space.

A PR whiz at heart, you'll be supported to grow to be our expert in the digital space, bringing complex topics to life in a way that resonates with audiences, writing and pitching to relevant online sources, forming content partnerships while collaborating closely with our SEO and Content teams. You'll work closely with the wider marketing and commercial teams as well as other business stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, while adhering to Legal and Compliance guidelines.

You'll work closely with our PR Manager to write consumer surveys, analysing and combining research insights with internal and external data to make editorial decisions and optimise your content.

With guidance from the team, you'll also be comfortable responding quickly to relevant news coverage and trending topics to lead newsjacking and identify opportunities for commentary contribution and brand mentions in the digital space.

**What you need**:

- At least three years' experience working in public relations, journalism or a related field.
- Experience interacting with journalists and media outlets and responding to media enquiries.
- Able to work on multiple content pieces and topics at a time, with exceptional attention to detail, and can prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working with many and diverse stakeholders, including multiple channel owners and business partners.
- Highly skilled in content development and copywriting, to aid PR campaign production.
- Desire and willingness to learn on the job to become a digital PR expert.
