**About the role**

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Group Procurement Data Entry Officers. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in procurement while supporting the smooth operations of our procurement team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and manage procurement-related data into designated systems (e.g., purchase orders, vendor details, invoices) in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of procurement data.
- Assist in generating reports and ensuring the timely and accurate communication of procurement information to internal teams and suppliers.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in procurement data to support smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive procurement information.
- Support cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with the procurement team to meet organisational goals.

**About you**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., ServiceNow, D365, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and show initiative when faced with challenges.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle changes in workload or priorities.
