**The Opportunity**

Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the team in the position of Remanufacturing (Reman) Supervisor. Reporting to the Reman Manager, you will be responsible to plan, organise, and oversee a team of leading hands to manage the Perth Reman workshop operations to meet customer requirements. You will be working closely with the Reman Manager to achieve department budgets and allotted KPI’s.

**In this role you will also**:

- Maintain work schedules to ensure efficient utilisation of equipment and resources
- Be responsible for the day to day activities of Reman personnel and ensure labour is used most effectively
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders pertaining to customers, machine performance, product, workmanship, and warranty
- Ensure HCA employees and contractors comply with all WHS responsibilities and that a safety first culture is a consistent behaviour within the department

To be successful you will:

- Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
- Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) Mobile Plant, Fitter Machinist or Heavy Diesel trade qualifications
- Have management experience with excellent leadership skills within a similar environment
- Display resilience and professionalism in motivating multiple sites/teams to achieve desired business outcomes
- Have a proactive response to problem resolution and delivering on customer expectations
