As an Assistant Machine Operator at Visy, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping operations running smoothly and safely. Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll help deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations - all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure your work area meets Visy’s highest safety and housekeeping standards every day.
- Help produce and deliver the right quantity and quality of product, in line with the factory orders.
- Flag any maintenance or repair issues with your Supervisor as soon as they arise, so we can keep production moving efficiently.

- A solid understanding of production machine operation.
- Be able to work effectively as a team.
- Be punctual and display integrity in everything that you do.
