**About the role**:
The position of Executive Assistant reports to the Executive Manager, Health Promotions Systems and also supports the Executive Manager, Social Marketing and Communications Group. It is responsible for providing administrative support, managing stakeholders and ensuring collaboration.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing exemplary high-level administrative support such as calendar, travel and document management across two executives
- Communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders including local and international health promotion organisations, partner organisations, and members of VicHealth Taskforces, Roundtables, Panels and similar
- Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent, effective, and efficient executive administration support across VicHealth.

**About You**:
We're looking for someone who demonstrates previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role to a Senior Executive within either government or the private sector.

You will have exceptional planning and organising, attention to detail, interpersonal, flexibility and problem-solving skills

**Additional experience**:

- Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant in an Executive or Chief Executive Office, preferably across multiple Executives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience working within the health, community or government sectors
- High competency with Microsoft Office.

**Remuneration**: $95,040 - $118,235 per annum, pro rata (plus superannuation and other benefits)
