Prime Concrete Developments are currently looking for a highly motivated Junior Sales Assistant/ Receptionist to join our busy Sales team, at the largest concrete sleeper manufacturing company in Southeast Queensland located in commercial hub in Narangba North Side of Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a diverse and challenging scope of work.

About this position:

- Develop a strong understanding of the product.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs by developing a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team.
- Assisting the Sales team to drive sales for the company.
- Engaging customers in meaningful conversations and building customer relations.
- Taking EFTPOS Payments over the phone/issue invoices.
- Working autonomously and manage leads/ transport bookings.
- Juggling multiple tasks and effectively prioritise workload.
- Vacuuming reception floor and office when required
- Making tea, coffee for clients who arrive for meetings
- Setting up boardroom for lunches, birthdays, important meetings
- Assisting walk in customers with product and price lists
- Distinguishing trade and retail customers
- Scanning documents
- Filing documents to computer systems and filing cabinet
- Assisting with editing content on social media
- Lead generating on social media
- Following our customers and commenting on their posts on social media

About you:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and outside-of-the-box sales thinking.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Bubbly and friendly approachable personality.
- Strong record of attendance and punctuality.
- Previously experience working in an office/administration environment.
- Have a proven reliable work history.
- Must have Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Monthly bonus
