IntegratePHYSIO is seeking an energetic and client service focused **Receptionist / Administration**support to assist our Allied Health team to enhance client experience and ensure smooth operations of our administration systems.

This role will entail working closely with the clinic manager to ensure smooth operations of our administration systems - whilst also continuing to improve on our processes. There is potential to move to full time hours.

Being at the front reception, we are seeking an individual with great communication skills and a high customer service focus to deal with client bookings and enquiries - ensuring that our company values of creating high customer service experiences are upheld.
- Client appointment bookings / rescheduling
- Dealing with enquiries for services
- Administration
- Delivering a high level of professional customer experience
- Answering phones
- Supporting our professional allied health team with administration support
