About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide a comprehensive range of operational support functions to Caboolture Hospital. Maintain a high-quality patient support and operational services which supports the commitments to the principles of patient focused care and quality management.
About you
- Undertake all environmental cleaning duties as per task outlines, cleaning schedules and in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures, ensuring the facility is maintained to a high standard.
- Assist health care professionals in the provision of patient care work associated with the delivery of clinical support services by performing a range of basic non-professional tasks as directed by health care professionals, including transporting of patients from one area to another, turning and positioning patients in accordance with approved safe patient handling practices at all times.
- Complete all waste removal services, including moving waste to the designated collection point, in accordance with all relevant task outlines, policies and procedures.
- Operate a range of basic tools, equipment and machinery in accordance with the training provided and user guides.
