**The essential requirements for this role are**:

- Experience and understanding of case management in a human services field
- Community engagement, key stakeholder liaison and/or working with special interest groups
- Experience in monitoring, evaluating and reviewing service provision and case management in a human or correctional service
- Strong management capabilities with the ability to motivate, coach, mentor and encourage others to meet high standards
- Interpretation of complex legislation
- Demonstrated ability and understanding of offender assessment intervention and treatment planning

Qualifications, professional registration, conditions and other requirements:
Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications for this position, tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as management would be highly desirable
