**About the role**
Customer Partners are motivated by enabling Chorus customers to thrive in their homes and in the community. They want to exercise personal leadership and welcome the opportunity to work with the local lead to create healthy team environment and to support their local become a thriving small business - making a difference in the community.

**What’s the work of a Customer Partner**
The work of a Customer Partner is dynamic and changing and includes spending around a third of your week working in direct service delivery. You will support Chorus customers and the support worker community at every stage of their customer journey, including:
- Assessing referrals and onboarding customers that are the best fit for Chorus and the services we provide
- Maintaining relationships with key referral stakeholders
- Collaborating with local colleagues to ensure all the local’s work is planned and scheduled, making the best use of available skills
- Ensuring that customer data and records are accurate and facilitating customer reviews on a regular basis
- Managing all customer communication channels into and out of the local
**What’s skills and attributes will I need?**
As a Chorus customer Partner, you will role model our key signature behaviours which are Accountable, Aspirational, Customer Focussed, Relational and Kind.
Skills and experience in the in-home and community-based care sector will be an advantage but more importantly will be your willingness to learn and contribute to Chorus’ commitment to bringing a fresh approach to how community services are offered.
You will bring great interpersonal and organisational skills, a willingness to learn with a particular focus on learning new digital skills and supporting our customers engage with new digital tools.
**What we offer**
- Hourly payrate between $33.51 - $36.61
