You will be helping customers make high value domestic and international payments to help our customers with home/vehicle/investment purchases; action payment exceptions to ensure our customers received efficient transaction services; and action cheque presentments and reconciliation exceptions to manage risk to the bank.

You will be part of the Payment Operations team within Banking Operations. Your team manage customer transaction disputes, as well as manual payment requests and exception processing.

Operations is the beating heart of the bank. You will be part of the Banking Operations unit within the Operations and Continuous Improvement. Banking Operations manage all Operations functions relating to Customer Lifecycle and deposit products and their associated payments eg. Term Deposits, Customer Resignations, Customer Onboarding and Telegraphic Transfers.

**About you**
- 12 months experience in customer service or financial services industry
- Experience in Financial services administration is preferred but not essential
- You don’t need any formal qualifications for this role.
- Professional phone manner
- Keen attention to detail
- Problem solver
- Competent computer skills with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
