This **Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager **role can be based in **Mount Waverley VIC**, **Mascot NSW** or **Port Kembla NSW** with **flexible hybrid work arrangements** available.
Excitingly we’re forming one cohesive Talent Function by bringing talent acquisition (TA), talent search & insights and employment brand together with talent management, succession and internal mobility.
Our engaged Talent Acquisition team come from various recruitment backgrounds and we think it’s been a key ingredient to our success. We’ve had plenty happening in Talent Acquisition between increased hiring volumes and various initiatives - like revamping our EVP and Diversity & Inclusion campaigns. We’re now ready to continue our evolution from ‘service delivery’ mode to true business advisory. That’s where you come in

**What Will You Do?**
Work closely with our National Talent Manager to develop and execute our recruitment strategy. Guiding your team (2 Team Leaders and 9 Talent Partners) to navigate this journey to business advisory, you will:
- ** lead and develop your team**: coach and motivate your team to support their engagement, well-being, performance and professional growth
- ** focus on the here and now**:we’ve already identified some opportunities and challenges within BAU activities we’re excited for you to get started on
- ** optimise process and systems**:enable improved standardisation and efficiencies across the TA process and team, ensuring governance and compliance is met
- ** deliver Recruitment Programs and initiatives**: uplift business TA understanding and capability to enhance Talent attraction, assessment and hiring and roll out an Employee Referral Program across the business
- ** enhance reporting capability**: evolve this to deliver improved insights and commentary that enables the business to make informed Talent strategy decisions
- ** be a champion of our EVP**: ensure our Employee Brand is understood, recognised and embedded in market and internally through TA team’s actions and messaging
- ** look at our tomorrow**: provide thought leadership to the business on the future of Talent, like advancements in sourcing and attraction practices and new technologies
**More About You**
You have extensive internal recruitment experience in a large organisation that’s seen you developing the strategy as well as involved in the operations of recruitment.
You will bring:
- significant experience leading, coaching and motivating teams toward clear objectives
- a collaborative work style that reaches across organisational boundaries
- experience advising and presenting to senior and executive level leaders
- an enthusiasm for the future of talent including new technologies like AI and AR
- knowledge of how to take talent data and transform it into meaningful insights
