We are seeking an experienced and strategic key Client Account Manager / Client Service Manager to join our professional team on a full-time basis, striving for business growth by overseeing our new and existing customer base. Familiarity with our industry is key to this position.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Develop strong working relationships with new and existing customers through regular telephone and in-person contact
- Assist customers with preparation and implementation of a relevant products & sales budget plans
- Liaise with suppliers to evaluate and recommend the best supply options to our General Manager
- Strive for continuous improvement of our systems and functions
- Prepare sales quotes, estimates, and order documentation
- Provide a prompt and polite customer service
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and workplace health & safety legislation
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Working with engineering, pre-contracts, operational divisions, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of bids are being produced and all client needs met.

**To be successful in this role you must possess the following key requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years as Key account management or business development, with a proven track record in managing major accounts. Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field is desirable.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Expertise in solution selling, with a history of exceeding sales lead targets and consistently hitting deadlines
- **Customer Focus**: Demonstrated commitment to customer orientation, with the ability to make decisive, commercially sound decisions that benefit the business.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communicator with the ability to engage across all organisational levels, including C-level executives.
- **Adaptability**: Skilled in managing and influencing major accounts, with a strong network in both digital and traditional communications sectors.
