The **purpose of this role** is to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, advising on a range of Financial Lines products including:

- Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients
- Handling a comprehensive range of financial lines products for a diverse client base, from ASX listed companies to financial institutions
- Assessing insurable risks, crafting tailored insurance solutions, and negotiating optimal deals in the global insurance market
- Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our underwriting partners and internal colleagues
- Overseeing budget, business plan, and debtor management
- Active mentoring of team members
- Building a long-term pipeline to support new business growth
- Promoting the Gallagher brand within the local business community

**This is a great opportunity and to be considered**, we are seeking a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to the Insurance sector (Financial Lines), Risk Management / Corporate Governance, along with:

- Strong account management experience with corporate clients
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
- Proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated and professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset
