To continue our success, we seek a motivated Customer Experience Expert to join our team in this pivotal role, supporting sales, service, and parts departments.

This is an opportunity for a customer experience specialist who understands customer greeting/service. You will work with a like-minded team in a brand that speaks for itself.

About the role:
  • Being the first point of contact for all clients who visit the Dealership
  • Delivering 5-Star customer service to all visitors to the Dealership
  • Help fulfil customer requests, clarify desired information, direct to the appropriate department/staff member and forward requests.
  • Liaise with the dealership departments to determine who is available to understand if there are any scheduled appointments.
  • Update relevant data and bookings accurately and immediately using multiple computer software systems.
  • Assist in driving an effective performance culture through set KPIs
About you:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ideally, have experience working in a face-to-face role with customers, working through any concerns, making sure they have a positive experience.
  • Have an outgoing, warm and bubbly personality
  • Excellent verbal and clear communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Project a professional image at all times through personal appearance/interpersonal skills
  • Must be a motivated self-starter
  • Applicants must hold a valid Victorian driver's Licence
