**About the Role**

We are currently recruiting a team of sales professionals for our Christmas trading period. As a part of our sales team, you will be selling wine to winery members on behalf of wineries across Australia and New Zealand.
- Working in a fast paced, collaborative and energetic selling environment
- Outbound phone sales to Winery Members and Mailing Lists on the behalf of the Winery (our customers)
- Manage a database of customer accounts, ongoing sales to these customers and any customer service issues
- Resilience and working autonomously
- Sales integrity and upholding business values
- Maintain Call Quality and PCI guidelines
- Continually evolve product knowledge, participate in training
- Grow database of customers
- Delivering key sales and a superior level of customer service.
- Keep informed of business process and system changes
- Keep informed of campaign activity in market across all channels
- Remain calm and collected putting the customer first on challenging calls
- Ability to quickly and successfully switch between different tasks throughout the day
