**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic **Administration Officer** with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our diverse team at **Noosa Hospital.**
This **part-time role** will see you provide support across Day Rehabilitation and Ramsay Health Plus Outpatient services. You will work closely with Allied Health and clinical teams to ensure patients, and their families receive a seamless and positive experience.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Delivering reception and administration support in a fast past environment, including managing enquiries from patients, families, and health professionals.
- Coordinating clerical requirements for patients, from admission through to discharge.
- Providing timely and accurate information to staff, patients, and visitors.
- Conducting Health Fund eligibility checks and processing payments.
- Compiling and managing patient documentation efficiently.
- Actioning referrals for multiple disciplines in a timely manner.
- Coordinating multiple therapists scheduling.
- Supporting a professional and welcoming reception environment.
- Liaising directly on a daily basis with Allied Health Managers.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be an approachable and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You will bring:
- Previous administration experience (healthcare background desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Familiarity with patient data systems (e.g., Meditech) and knowledge of Health Funds (desirable).
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in line with Ramsay Health Care’s values.
- Able to work in busy, fast paced environment.

**Requirements**:
