Permanent role for an experienced Service Technician to work on fixed and mobile plant equipment Western Syd

**Your new company**
Hays are working with an industrial equipment manufacturer who is the market leader in delivering quality products to its customers. Due to an increase in current demands and strong company performance, there is a requirement for a trade qualified Technician to join the team.

**Your new role**
You’ll be the face of the company, providing excellent customer service and expert technical knowledge to different client’s sites across Sydney. In addition, you will:
Responsible for meeting daily service needs and driving customer satisfaction
Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the field; provides customer training as required.
Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis
Complete and review all logs for open issues and prepare reports to customers where necessary.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Your previous experience as a Field Service Technician will make you a success in this role.
- Trade Cert/Field Service Technician experience/Mechanical Background and pneumatics/or Hydraulics Experience
- Ability to understand and read both Schematics hydraulics and electrical drawings
- The ability to be available to work overtime and work in a 24hr on call roster when needed
- Experience with mechanical fault finding
- Current driving licence
- Advance Welding (Mig, Tig and Stick) is an advantage

**What you'll get in return**
As Field Service Technician, you’ll be rewarded with a permanent position which pays a rate of $40.00 plus super and OT, you will be provided with training and support to fully understand the company's specialised equipment.
