With ongoing strong company performance, there is a requirement for a strong technically minded Field Service Technician to join the team.

**Your new role**
You’ll be the face of the company, providing excellent customer service and expert technical knowledge to different client’s sites across Sydney. In addition, you will:
Responsible for meeting daily service needs and driving customer satisfaction
Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the field; provides customer training as required.
Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis
Order, install, and return parts and manages repair parts cycle time
Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers as necessary.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Your previous experience as a Field Service Technician will make you a success in this role.
- Trade Cert/Field Service Technician experience/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics Experience in technical service interventions mainly on industry machineries
- Mechanical principles knowledge
- The ability to be available to work overtime and work in a 24hr on call roster when needed
- Experience with mechanical fault finding / mechanically savvy and familiar with installation and repair of pipe and hose equipment
- Clean and current driving licence
- Australian working rights and living in Sydney
