We are an international Facilities Management organisation looking for Experienced GMP cleaners for one of our sites in
**Braeside Melbourne.**

**Role Available**:
**Full Time Monday-Friday 5am to 1pm**

**Daily duties will include but not be limited to**
- Excellent leadership skills to bring out the best in your team.
- Ability to train your team to a very high standard.
- Knowledge of applicable cleaning methods, materials and equipment and related safety guidelines
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Great communication skills with both leadership, clients and the staff you are responsible for
- Experience in the cleaning industry, with proven leadership ability
- Mature outlook
- Flexible to work extra hours covering staff shifts as required
- Good co-ordination skills
- You will be required work during term breaks helping your team with periodic and coordinating this work as per client requirements, this will be discussed in more detail at the interview stage.

**Applicants must have**
- Cleaning Experience in various aspects of cleaning
- Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
- Understanding of OHS practices
- Well presented and ability to follow safety instructions
- Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
- Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia
- Good communication skills
