**What we’re Looking For**:

- Prior group training experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with members
- Energetic, motivating, and hands-on coaching. Not just a cheerleader
- Willingness to learn the BFT system and coaching cues
- Reliability, professionalism, and bring energy to every session
- Availability for afternoon blocks, midday sessions (12:30pm) and rotating Saturday mornings
- A team player who thrives in a high-performance, community-driven environment
- Ready for an immediate start

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Confident in delivering group sessions to a high standard
- A genuine passion for fitness, health and helping people succeed
