**About us**

First things first, we are a team of 20 at Chris Barnard Nursing Agency (Or more commonly known as CBNA) located in Malvern East. We work exclusively with Aged Care Facilities to support their staffing needs of healthcare workers (think Nurses, Personal carers, cleaners and so on) across Melbourne and Gippsland.

**About the position**

This is a very fast paced, high volume position (Aged Care is very busy) At the same time, you will build fantastic relationships with both our staff members as well as the clients from the Aged Care facilities you speak to on a regular basis. You will be ensuring you are entering the information you are receiving, correctly and have excellent communication skills. We provide full training and ongoing for this position so don't worry, you won't be thrown into the deep end

**Duties include but are not limited to.**
- Answer calls and provide prompt service to our clients and employees.
- Data entry in an accurate and timely manner.
- Employee care calls and general administration tasks.

- Outstanding phone manner
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer service focus
- Experience in sale highly regarded
- Excellent time management skills

- A good working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sound problem solving and analytical skills
- Team Player
