**About the role**
- The Ringwood Community Team provides advanced mental health assessment and evidence based treatments for young people and their families in the outer eastern region. As a Grade 2/RPN3 clinician, you would hold a caseload of allocated clients and be supported by senior clinicians in the team along with the team leader and consultant psychiatrist. The team has a strong focus on providing high quality care and providing opportunities for learning, reflective supervision and ongoing professional development.

**About you**
- To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Qualified OT, social worker or clinical psychologist with 1 year of experience and registration with AHPRA
- Qualified Social Worker with one year experience and eligible for AASW registration
- Post Graduate qualifications in developmental psychiatry course, family therapy or child psychotherapy are desirable but not essential
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
