
Principal Fraud Control Officer

The roleThe Principal Fraud Control Officer is responsible for integrated programs of work in relation to fraud control, such as leading policy development and maintenance, preparing reports and performance dashboards, facilitating fraud risk workshops, managing continuous improvement projects, and providing professional support, training, and expert advice. The role also supports governance initiatives and joint projects across the GAIM Branch.
**The successful personYou will have**:
- Strong collaborative stakeholder engagement and communication skills and demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence outcomes diplomatically.
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to identify opportunities to achieve integration and improvements in fraud control and governance, risk management and corporate efficiency.
- Ability to collate and analyse data, and prepare and present reports and dashboards using software including the Microsoft Office suite.
