**Your opportunity**:

- leading the continuing maturity of the department's risk management processes and reporting;
- planning and corporate reporting activities, such as quarterly risk and performance reports;
- leading ongoing risk capability development for regions and divisions; and
- contributing to other activities in PIR, including evaluation, strategy design, and customer complaints management.

**What you need to succeed**:
We are looking for a Principal Policy Officer with the following attributes:

- critical and strategic thinker, who can research and analyse issues, translate complex information into clear, user-friendly products, and make informed recommendations to management;
- strong leadership;
- exceptional writer and communicator who is great at stakeholder engagement and negotiation;
- excellent attention to detail and coordination skills; and
- a positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
