The System Reform unit leads the Department of Health's reform agenda for public health services in Victoria. In these roles you will support development and delivery of an ambitious forward reform agenda to address critical system priorities arising from COVID-19, along with broader strategic priorities such as budget initiatives and Government commitments. You will be required to operate in a dynamic environment with curiosity, enthusiasm and initiative, working collaboratively within and across teams to support transformative change in the Victorian health system. Analytical thinking, creativity and communication are important aspects of these roles, as is a commitment to positive and collaborative workplace cultures.
Are you
- A systems thinker who works laterally to identify reform opportunities, design impactful policy solutions, and effectively communicate these to build an authorising environment and facilitate implementation?
- An empowering and effective policy leader able to work collaboratively with others to design and lead delivery of high-quality work?
