Yankees Burger Bar Angle Vale is looking to add highly motivated and experienced bar attendants and floor staff to its team. Yankees Burger Bar Angle Vale trades from Mondays to Sunday and is looking for casual staff who are available over the weekend shifts with the occasional mid-week shift.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Bar Manager/Mixologist you will be a critical part of managing the rooftop bar creating a unique experience for all guests:

- Developing drink menus, training and implementation.
- Enhancing workplace culture and atmosphere, being that of a fun, friendly and welcoming environment
- Inspiring, motivating and leading you team
- In charge of all shift operations from the setup, running and pack down of the venue.
- Cash handling, legislative compliance and performance management.
- Exceptional customer service
- Working within a budget and achieving KPI's

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experienced in all bar operations
- Depth of knowledge in beverage range, product and cocktails
- RP, RSA and First Aid
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working hands on, as well as efficiently when it comes to reporting and paperwork
- Ability to meet and work towards both your own and the venue goals/deadlines
- Someone who has flexibility in working nights and weekends on a rotating roster
- Inspiring, motivating and able to provide coaching and mentoring to staff

**Salary**: $54,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
