Exciting new opportunity with a growing National Property group with an impressive portfolio of Retail Assets and a brilliant team dynamic.

You will be working on a highly rated shopping centre and community hub with some incredible events and activations across retail, dining, and entertainment. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, in collaboration with the centre team, you will look after the development and implementation of the asset marketing strategy. You will have the support of a Digital Marketing Coordinator.

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Work in a team with a Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, and support from a Digital Marketing Coordinator, as well as the Centre Management team
- Develop the marketing and brand strategy working with the Senior Marketing Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, suppliers, local community groups and other
stakeholders
- Drive the in-centre activation schedule enabling retailer participation and customer engagement
- Plan and manage content strategy including execution and evaluation of content performance
- Ensure all centre activations are delivered to the highest standards
- Create local community interaction, enhancing the Shopping Centre influence within the area
- Manage the marketing budget in line with the marketing plan

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Marketing role
- Retail Property/Customer Experience marketing or similar experience **required**:

- Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar
- Able to read and interpret research data and insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an organised and structured approach
- Sound digital and social capabilities to drive the content strategies across these channels and connect with offline experiences
- Budgeting and reporting skills
- Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
