About the Role We’re searching for an energetic and driven Store Manager to lead our Brisbane flagship store. As the face of our streetwear and lifestyle brand, you’ll take full ownership of the store’s operations, team performance, and exceptional customer experience. You'll build a culture that embodies our brand ethos, drives community engagement, and consistently exceeds sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and champion the brand story.
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations including rostering, stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Execute strategic initiatives to achieve sales, UPT, and conversion targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing, customer-centric environment.
- Build local brand awareness through community initiatives, events, and collaborations.
- Analyse KPIs and reports to identify opportunities for growth and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain rigorous standards for inventory, stocktake accuracy, and loss prevention.
- Ensure the store complies with company policies and health & safety standards.

**About You**
- Proven experience as a Store Manager (or Assistant Manager ready to step up), ideally in streetwear, lifestyle, or fashion retail.
- Passionate about street culture, sneakers, music, and creative communities.
- Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on, positive approach to developing talent.
- Commercially minded with the ability to drive sales and interpret retail metrics.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a flair for visual merchandising.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and retail reporting tools.
- Flexible to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays as needed.
