**What you’ll do**
Your passion for making a difference will be rewarded, knowing you are solving problems for those in need by putting your experience or knowledge of the building and construction industry to work by triaging and identifying the most appropriate maintenance solutions to our social housing tenants.
You will do this by:
- Working proactively with Team Leaders, Service Manager and Project Officer to identify and implement continual improvement strategies and procedures
- Actively engaging with multiple stakeholders to provide accurate and timely solutions to maintenance enquiries to ensure optimum outcomes and client satisfaction
- Assist Response Centre operations with surge support during peak periods or extreme demand situations
**What we’re looking for**
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong client focus with a commitment to quality customer service
- Dedication to continuous learning through both in-person and virtual training
- Commitment to work across a 24/7 roster
- A strong understanding of building maintenance is highly desirable, but not essential
- Call Centre experience is also desirable, but not essential
- Reference checks
- A National Criminal History Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2024.
