**Job Description**:
**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity available for an energetic and motivated person to join our team in an office administration support role. This role plays a vital function in keeping our Perth office running smoothly.

You will be responsible for managing our reception area and be the first point of contact for guests and team members. This role is ideal for a friendly, positive person, who can multi-task with good administrative skills.

There will be an opportunity to assist with a variety of (Finance HR, IT and General) admin tasks and lead on initiatives whilst working closely with Management.
- This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role._

**Role Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Manage the reception area, including welcoming guests
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Schedule meetings and manage meeting room calendars
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of meeting rooms and office areas
- Assist with meeting room setup, including use of/and troubleshooting AV and IT equipment
- Organising catering for internal events
- Contribute to the maintenance of the company intranet
- Assist with planning internal events
- Maintenance of the company asset register
- Assist with company travel and expense management
- Other general administrative support and assistance with ad hoc projects, as required
