**Position Description**:
- The Project lead shall manage and advise his/her team through the whole E2E process for the verification and testing of the network.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- The Project Lead is responsible for leading the team by supporting or conducting tests and verification of the overall system.- Airservices or Aviation experience are essential.- Management of the Production of System Level Test Plans, System Test Procedures and other required System test documents.- Undertaking and supervising System test activities.- Planning and coordination of the lab resources.- Ensuring that System test activities are carried out within the budgetary constraints of the project.- Ensuring that all system test activities for projects are completed on schedule to enable project milestones to be met;- Design and implementation of Automated Tests Frameworks, including implementation of automated tests;- Lead formal internal and external Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and product end-item data package reviews;- Leading a team of 5 to 10 engineers and consulting across functional technical teams.- Coordinate the support contractor test activities throughout the subsystem testing.- Management of test environments, including identifying requirements and adhering to formal configuration management practices.- Be a single point of contact for Chief System Engineer regarding all matters related to system integration and test activities.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Communication Engineering or similar technical degree.- Minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years related experience.- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years related experience.

**Additional Skills & Experience**:
- Experience in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on large electronic system deployments.- Experience in a multi-disciplined engineering environment.- Experience with Voice Communications Systems, Radios, Telephony (VoIP, analog or digital).- Experience working on large networked systems.- Experience with Validation Test Bed management and sustainment- Experience managing work streams in Jira.- For more details contact:- Quoting reference:
